E$cott- Ride ft. Dobey Dobe & Jay Wop

E$cott releases the visuals to “Ride” with the help of good friends Dobey Dobe and Jay Wop. The “Ride” video has a similar vibe to the hit TV series “That 70’s Show”. There were several scenes where the camera was spinning around in a 360 circle as the rappers lit up some green. The conscience song has some dope lyrics pertaining to the susceptibility of the youth’s constant societal pressures. All three rappers have similar styles, yet very unique flows. Escott’s lyrics are very direct and to the point and he sounds like a more laid back Joyner Lucas. Dobey Dobe has hypothesizing rhythmic flow that can be considered mainstream, but is still very much underground. Jay Wop has a hard, trap sounding feel to his rhymes, similar to Yo Gotti. Overall, anyone that uses Star Wars memorabilia in their video needs to be on top of your playlists.
